I recommend downloading and printing out this worksheet on real paper. Go to a quiet place where you can think and reflect on your desires and your personal values as you complete the sections.

Take as much time as you need. Some people take 30 minutes, while others give themselves a week or more to mull over their answers. Whatever you prefer is okay, but do give yourself time to be thoughtful, as this first step of getting really clear on what you want right now in a relationship, is the foundational cornerstone that the the rest of the Find Your Juicy Love process is based on.

Some people I have worked with have found that relationships manifest for them almost spontaneously after doing just this clarity process alone! It’s powerful stuff!
