Allison says:
“We’ve been brought up in an external control psychology where the traditional boundary only works if the other person complies vs an internal control psychology where we are responsible for our behaviour and choices. An internal control boundary is 100 percent fool proof because it’s a rule we make for ourself, not for another and there is no external compliance needed to maintain it.
My mission is to end suffering as we know it in relationships and my niche is primarily focused on women after divorce. If we can start to transform what’s possible in these relationships after divorce and model for our children that even a broken relationship can be kind, peaceful and effective…I believe the world would be a different place.”
